how long does it take?

We take between 1-2 working-days to prepare your product.
Meanwhile shipping depends on your location:

Whats your refund policy?
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. (Non-product quality issues require customers to bear the return shipping costs themselves.)
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
What happens when my product is damage?
Damage and inconvenience
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.

only the product value will be refunded, shipping and extra cost wont be refunded.
What happens if I choose the wrong one?
Wrong Choice
We regret that we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges in this case, as we have already completed the order according to your selection. If you would like to purchase a phone case that fits your correct phone model, you can place an order separately, and we will process your order after you make payment. But you can return the product and it will be process as a returned product.
